Melkart Advisors is a boutique strategic advisory firm specialised in sectors where consumer decisions define asset value.
We work with investment teams that recognise the weight of classical financial and commercial analysis, but seek an additional layer: a rigorous reading of real demand. Our natural fit is at the point of thesis formation and the critical milestones of the value creation plan.
Why Melkart
The conventional investment process spends months understanding the business from within, and months understanding the market from without. The consumer voice, by contrast, typically enters indirectly — or only once the investment thesis is already closed.
Our value proposition is straightforward: stress-test and validate the critical growth hypotheses of the business plan against the consumer, completing the CDD. We do so with methodological rigour and full discretion, and deliver actionable conclusions.
